Judge Orders Trump Organization Response to New York Attorney General’s Subpoena | Colorado Springs News

A A New York judge has ordered the Trump Organization to submit a report to the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James next week in response to long-standing subpoenas, where it must ask a third party to review company records, according to a court order unsealed Friday.

James and Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. are investigating the business practices of former President Donald Trump’s company.

The Trump organization, Trump Payroll and CFO Allen Weisselberg pleaded not guilty in July to a 15-year tax evasion scheme. Weisselberg, 74, is accused of avoiding taxes on around $ 1.7 million of his income.
