Attorney General Wants to ‘Take Action’ Against Biden Federal Employees’ Vaccine Mandate
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) – Attorney General Todd Rokita has said he wants to end nationwide immunization mandates.
It refers to the Biden administration’s mandate on federal workers, large employers, and healthcare workers. He says he might even take legal action.
“We can bring our own lawsuit here in Indiana against the Biden administration and at the same time we could join other lawsuits in other jurisdictions because it’s a David and Goliath thing and it’s always nice. to have multiple Davids, ”Rokita said. .
The attorney general says he thinks it should be up to individuals or local governments to create their own mandates.
“Let it be an honest decision between parents and taxpayers in a local jurisdiction, then hold those local officials accountable for those decisions,” Rokita said.
The country’s top doctor sings a different tune, saying the warrants might be the right direction to go.
“Mandates work. And sometimes people just need a little push to do something for their own benefit, that of your family, but also for the benefit of society. Rokita says he’s not buying it.
